- We understand the real pain faced by the residents live in housing societies where power backup from DG is available round the clock. But load sanction from grid is given around 5 to 10 kw. Whereas, sanctioning on DG is given only 1 to 3 kw in which AC or geyser trip the whole power when source change from grid to DG which cause inconvenience. And again when source changes from DG to grid, sanctioning increase to 5 to 10 kw without any information. This happens many times in 24 hours. When it comes summer, this problem is very frequent especially in night. Which cause complete power trip and fan also switch offs. And due to this, whole night you feel sleep disturbance. Secondly, power trip due to non balance as resident not aware the balance left in his meter account.
- Understanding the pain of residents, we have developed smart DG plug which ensures extra loud switch off automatically when source changes from mains to DG and switch on extra loud automatically when source change from DG to mains. Tripping problems and high billing eliminated permanently. We develop home display unit which give live information of unit consume and balance left in meter. We also develop DG/Grid indicator which alert when source change from DG to grid or grid to DG.

- Meter is ISI marked as per BIS 13379
- Meter is 100% tamper proof. If user will try to tamper the meter, meter will shift to DG mode automatically.
- System is capable to generate various customized report as required.
- Data Collection for billing is automatic on real time basis. Bill preparation & distribution is also automatic and sent an email Id.
- Accuracy of the Prepaid Energy Meter is Class 1.
- Each energy meter can be shifted to prepaid mode from the very 1st day of installation as per customer requirement.
- A log of 45 days is available for transparency between user & facility team.
- System has the feature to generate an export & import analysis to identify line loss.
- There is no need to physically go to the meter to set the load limit, tariff, and coupon generation as it can be done remotely by sending command from remote server.
- Bill Generation is classified in all charges like other charges/Common Area Charges, corresponding unit consumed in the previous year of the same month etc as required by the facility management team.
- Energy consumption records are also classified into Mains & DG Separately.
- Prepaid meter facilitate the consumer to recharge the both mode as Mains and DG. The balance for whichever mode will go zero, the supply will be disconnected accordingly.
- Energy Management Software is user friendly and window based.
- The meter DG & Mains sensing is PLC based.
- An SMS alert will be sent to the user in case of low balance is available for a specific user.
- The system will provide Import/Export energy consumption analysis for controlling line loss.
